We are looking for a Junior Manual QA Engineer to help ensure the quality of mobile and web applications across a variety of exciting digital projects.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in manual software testing.
- Proven experience in manual testing of mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Proven experience in manual testing of websites and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, etc.
- Proficient in spoken, reading, and writing English to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Availability to work in the EST (Toronto) time zone with partial flexible overlap.
- Completion of QA courses will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing of software products to identify any defects or issues.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Report and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Continuously improve and update testing processes and procedures.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues.
- Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
