Junior+\\Mid DevOps Engineer
Summary
A junior+/mid DevOps engineer in Wrocław who gradually takes ownership of day-to-day operations: maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins), deploying and troubleshooting apps in Kubernetes with Docker, monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and automating routine Linux administration tasks with Bash.
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience
to join our team and gradually take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks.
You’ll work alongside experienced DevOps engineers on CI/CD, application deployments,
troubleshooting, monitoring, and automation.
We expect you to handle routine tasks independently, with guidance and
review available for unfamiliar or more complex work.
Required skills
- Linux and networking Practical Linux administration experience: processes, services, permissions, packages, and logs.
- Ability to troubleshoot common CPU, memory, and disk usage issues.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS fundamentals, routing, and load balancing. Ability to investigate service availability and connectivity issues.
- Bash and Git Ability to read, maintain, and write Bash scripts for automation, including error handling. Practical experience with Git: branches, merge requests, and resolving conflicts.
- Docker and Kubernetes Ability to write Dockerfiles, build and run container images, and work with environment variables, volumes, and container networking. Hands-on experience deploying applications to Kubernetes using Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, and Secrets. Understanding of health probes, resource requests, and limits. Ability to troubleshoot application startup and runtime issues using logs.
- CI/CD Experience with at least one CI/CD platform: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Ability to independently modify existing build and deployment pipelines and troubleshoot failures. Understanding of pipeline variables, secrets, and artifacts.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting Practical experience with Prometheus and Grafana: finding relevant metrics, investigating alerts, and updating existing dashboards. Ability to find and analyse application logs.

- Python scripting
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Centralised logging tools such as Loki or ELK/EFK
How we work

understanding how to roll back a change, documenting solutions,
and asking for help when needed. As you become familiar with our infrastructure,
you’ll take on more complex tasks and broader responsibilities, with support from the team.
