Junior Network Engineer
Salary: $2,700 – $3,400 per month
About the role
Associate Network Engineer role involving provision, implementation, testing, and turn up of customer IP services in coordination with customers and field service teams. You will act as a technical point of contact for Service Delivery, Project Management, and Field Engineering teams on IP service implementation issues.
Key responsibilities
Provision, implement, test, and turn up customer IP services in coordination with customers and field service teams
Perform technical validation of customer IP orders
Act as a technical point of contact for Service Delivery, Project Management, and Field Engineering teams on IP service implementation issues
Identify and highlight technical issues that could affect service delivery timelines or quality
Perform remote troubleshooting and fault isolation for issues occurring during initial installation
Escalate and follow through with relevant teams to resolve technical issues
About you
NITEC or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related disciplines
Relevant experience or training in network engineering, hardware, or network support
Good understanding of IP networking
Able to build and maintain good customer relationships
CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA (good to have)
