Junior role on Playtech's Network Operations team in Tallinn/Tartu: performing network configuration changes, troubleshooting routing, switching, firewall, DNS and connectivity issues, and assisting with infrastructure upgrades across routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and cloud networking, while maintaining documentation and diagrams.

- Perform network configuration changes.
- Work with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud networking technologies.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, DNS, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams across the company.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work in a technical team environment.
- Good English communication skills.

- Knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Check Point, Palo Alto, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, VPNs, or firewalls.
- Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash).
- CCNA, JNCIA, or similar certification.
