The Process Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and improving IT processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives. This role involves analysing current workflows, identifying process gaps, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks. The analyst collaborates with IT teams and business stakeholders to drive automation, optimize service delivery, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes and improve efficiency.
- 0-1 years of experience in Process Analyst, preferably in the IT industry.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
