Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to support the creation of user-centered digital experiences, working collaboratively throughout the product cycle, from Discovery to the evolution of the solution in production.
This person will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other Designers, contributing to research, analysis, prototyping, documentation, and implementation tracking, while developing their ability to transform problems into relevant solutions for users and the business.
Key responsibilities
Discovery
- Participate in interviews, research, and user behavior analysis.
- Support the definition and validation of product hypotheses.
- Organize insights and learnings into research artifacts.
Transition
- Support the creation of flows, wireframes, and specifications.
- Participate in refinements with Product and Technology teams.
- Contribute to the documentation of requirements and experience criteria.
Delivery
- Create interfaces using Figma and Design System components.
- Develop medium and high-fidelity navigable prototypes.
- Document solutions and requirements for handoff to development.
- Monitor implementation to ensure adherence to the proposed experience.
Evolution
- Monitor metrics and user feedback.
- Support post-launch analysis and hypothesis validation.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on data and user behavior.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Design or related fields.
- Knowledge of UX, UI, and Product Design.
- Knowledge of Figma (prototyping, libraries, and components).
- Good communication and ability to work collaboratively.
- Interest in research, metrics, and user behavior.
