Junior Product Manager DevOps and AI
You will plan and design an enterprise-grade AI-native engineering platform. You will translate engineering lifecycle scenarios into structured product solutions, implement AI agent capabilities, integrate AI with engineering systems, and evaluate product effectiveness to support broad adoption.
Responsibilities
- Participate in product planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for the AI-native engineering platform.
- Translate end-to-end engineering lifecycle scenarios and collaboration patterns into structured product solutions.
- Implement AI agent capabilities for requirement analysis, solution generation, coding collaboration, test generation, environment orchestration, and knowledge accumulation.
- Integrate AI capabilities with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, deployment environments, and knowledge platforms.
- Establish product effectiveness evaluation, user-feedback, and continuous-optimization mechanisms.
- Support product scale-up from pilot validation to broad adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Software Engineering or Computer Science background.
- Familiarity with mainstream AI coding products, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot.
- Understanding of context engineering, knowledge input, tool integration, human-in-the-loop collaboration, and governance considerations.
