Junior Product Manager – Rotational Program

Open 58d

HYBRID WORK MODEL: 3 DAYS PER WEEK (60%) IN OUR WROCLAW OFFICE AND 2 DAYS REMOTE

About us

Hi, we are Ten Square Games, and we live games! No, not a typo - but a level up from loving! We are on a mission of giving players excellent outdoor experiences on their mobiles. With global hits, such as Fishing Clash, we know how to make the best of technology, fun, and fair play. With 77 million registered players in 2024 and 300+ people on board, we keep growing and learning, having the insatiable hunger for the next success. If you also like to explore the unknown and know how to own it, we want to work with you!

What is this job all about?

Are you a recent graduate obsessed with gaming and curious about what makes a hit title tick?

Welcome to our Product Management Rotational Program - a selective, fast-paced, 12-month immersive experience where you will work directly on live game development teams.

The Mission: 3 Products. 4 Months Each. Limitless Growth. Why stick to one project? Over the course of one year, you will rotate through three product teams for four months each. You’ll experience different team dynamics, lifecycle stages (from concept to live-ops), and monetization strategies - building a massive internal network along the way.

What we are looking for: We want a proactive, data-driven thinker focused on impact. Experience isn't everything - your mindset matters most. If you can connect the dots, spot opportunities, and work strategically to drive growth and engagement, you belong here. A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of player behavior are essential.

What will you be doing?

Stay Ahead with Data

  • Know your players: Analyze their behaviors and trends to make smarter product choices.

  • Watch the numbers: Track key KPIs, spot opportunities, and keep your games winning.

  • Test, tweak, succeed: Run A/B tests, optimize game mechanics, and boost monetization.

  • Be ahead of the competition: Keep an eye on market trends, identify opportunities, and jump on them fast.

Make a Real Impact

  • Set clear, measurable goals and smash them.

  • Listen to your players — implement feedback to boost satisfaction and engagement.

  • Evaluate product changes through data. Then, quickly optimize for retention, engagement, and monetization.

Bring Ideas to Life

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product: Set sprint goals, turn big ideas into achievable tasks.

  • Work alongside the Producer: Fine-tune features, plan sharp releases, and keep things moving smoothly.

  • Be the backbone of your team: Support them, give clear feedback, and ensure flawless launches.

Why should you join us?

Direct Impact: You aren't watching from the sidelines. You are contributing to real games that reach real players from day one.

Accelerated Learning: What takes most PMs a few years to learn across different companies, you will learn here in 12 months.

A Permanent Future: Our goal is to set you up for long-term success. Upon successful completion of the program, we aim to transition you into a permanent, full-time Product Manager role on the team that fits you best.
