Who we are looking for: A self-driven Junior Project Manager with strong B2+ English, good communication skills, and a passion for IoT and embedded systems.

📋 What You’ll Do

Project Coordination: track task execution, manage deadlines, and align priorities under the general supervision of a Senior PM.

Client Communication: conduct daily/weekly meetings, handle business correspondence, and prepare status reports in English.

Meeting Facilitation: run Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives for the developers’ team (C/C++, Hardware, Firmware, Python, JS, DevOps).

Documentation Management: keep task trackers (Jira, Trello, etc.), Confluence, and project knowledge bases organized and up to date.

Risk Management: spot potential blockers early (especially hardware-related ones, such as component supply delays or board testing issues) and help the team solve them.

Collaborative Team Facilitator. Dedicated to supporting engineers, fostering open communication, sharing knowledge, and creating a transparent, hassle-free environment for the team.

🎯 What You Need For This Position

  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English Level. Ability to conduct technical discussions, participate in meetings, and write professional documentation/emails for international clients.
  • PM Fundamentals. Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, and key project metrics.
  • Task Trackers knowledge. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
  • AI Tools Proficiency. Ability to effectively leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) to optimize routine tasks, structure documentation, and draft communications.
  • Tech Passion. Genuine curiosity about how hardware, microcontrollers, PCBs, and IoT systems work.

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Experience. 6+ months of experience as a Project Coordinator, QA, Recruiter, or Support Specialist, etc.
  • Courses. Completed training in Project Management.
  • Education. Technical background (Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Telecommunications, etc.).
  • Embedded Understanding. A basic grasp of how hardware and firmware development differs from traditional web development.
