Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the internal execution of development projects related to our parcel locker solutions.
This role is primarily focused on the internal development process: coordinating Software, Embedded, DevOps, QA, and other technical teams, managing dependencies and timelines, removing blockers, and ensuring that agreed requirements are delivered according to plan.
The Technical Project Manager works closely with Delivery Managers, who provide customer requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the internal execution of software and technical development projects
Coordinate the day-to-day work of Software, Embedded/Firmware, DevOps, QA, and other technical teams
Receive agreed requirements and priorities from Delivery Managers and translate them into actionable development plans
Break down project scope together with technical teams and coordinate task planning and execution
Define and track development milestones, dependencies, timelines, and technical deliverables
Facilitate planning, refinement, technical alignment, and project status meetings
Identify development risks, dependencies, and blockers and coordinate their resolution
Ensure alignment between different technical teams involved in the same project or feature
Work closely with QA to coordinate testing, release readiness, and quality expectations
Coordinate technical preparation for releases and deployments
Track development progress and provide clear internal project status updates
Escalate delivery risks, delays, or scope issues to the Delivery Manager and relevant stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of internal development and delivery processes
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Software Project Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and development processes
Hands-on experience working directly with software engineers, DevOps, QA, and/or Embedded teams
Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Kanban practices
Technical understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, networking, and software architecture fundamentals
Experience with task and project management systems such as Jira, Redmine, or similar
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage dependencies across several technical teams
English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Ability to manage multiple development streams simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience managing projects involving software + hardware + embedded/firmware
Experience with IoT devices, self-service kiosks, vending solutions, or smart devices
Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure
Experience in logistics or parcel locker solutions
Project management certification (PMP, PSM, etc.)
