Junior Project Manager - Telco

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Junior Project Manager on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Management
  

• Own the successful delivery of assigned projects.
  

• Define and align the high-level project execution plan with the customer.
  

• Monitor project milestones, schedules and deliverables.
  

• Customer Management
  

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
  

• Escalate critical issues when required.
  

• Financial Management
  

• Monitor revenue forecasts and fulfillment status.
  

• Support financial reporting and revenue recognition activities.
  

• Ensure alignment between project execution and financial objectives.
  

• Operational Governance
  

• Perform regular project control and reporting activities.
  

• Maintain project records and updates in Huawei systems such as:
  

• Planning & Reporting
  

• Establish and maintain E2E project plans.
  

• Track progress against schedule, scope, budget and quality targets.
  

• Prepare regular project status reports and management updates.
  

Experience/Qualifications:

• 3- 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  

• Experience managing telecommunications, infrastructure, engineering or technology projects.
  

• Experience in customer-facing environments.
  

• Experience managing project financials and revenue forecasting.
  

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  

• Project planning and execution.
  

• Customer communication and stakeholder management.
  

• Material and inventory management.
  

• Purchase Order (PO) fulfillment management.
  

• Revenue and financial tracking.
  

• Risk identification and mitigation.
  

• Monitoring project performance and reporting.
  

• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
  

• Languages: Spanish and English
  

• Valid work permit for Spain
