Junior Project Manager

Salary: $400 - $450 per day Inc Super

Junior Project Manager | SaaS | 100% Remote

About the role
Our client is a growing SaaS technology company with a great pipeline of projects. They're looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of a portfolio of projects and drive them through to delivery with minimal hand-holding.

This is not a follow-the-process role. You'll work closely with business consultants and developers to get the information you need, and you'll be trusted to move fast and get things done.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently through to go-live
• Work with business consultants and developers to gather information and keep delivery on track
• Follow the company's established project steps and processes
• Manage project plans, timelines and budgets
• Track and report on progress using Asana
• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholders

About you

• 2-3 years' project management experience
• Background in a SaaS or tech company (preferred)
• Confident working independently and comfortable taking on several projects at once
• Fast-moving, proactive and adaptable, with a strong "get on with it" attitude
• Solid understanding of project management methodology
• Experience working in Scrum environments, with delivery managed in a waterfall style
• Budgeting experience (highly regarded)
• PMP or similar certification (highly regarded)
• Asana experience is a bonus; Jira is not required
