Junior Python Developer

TeamSystem is seeking a software developer to join a fast-paced ICT team in Italy. You will translate requirements into code, work on modernization projects with Python, and help integrate AI-powered solutions into legacy systems.

The role offers hybrid work with on-site collaboration at Campobasso or Pesaro locations. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of software development experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with AI coding tools, plus excellent English proficiency.

Contribute to application modernization projects with Python-based solutions and AI integration. Develop integrations between legacy systems and modern SaaS applications. Integrate AI functionalities into existing systems. At least 1 year of experience in software development. Solid knowledge of the Python programming language. Experience using AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar). Ability to work with legacy codebases and contribute to their evolution through AI-driven approaches.
