Junior Software Developer

Salary: £32,000 - 36,000 per year

• Completed a software development apprenticeship or degree, or have equivalent practical experience
• Good understanding of software development principles and programming concepts
• Experience with C#, .NET, or another modern programming language
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and how different systems communicate
• Experience using source control, ideally Git
• Genuine interest in software development and a strong desire to continue learning and developing professionally
• Desirable: exposure to REST APIs, Microsoft Azure, or CI/CD
• Desirable: experience with VB.NET, Windows Forms, or legacy Microsoft applications
• Desirable: knowledge of or exposure to retail, ecommerce, or business systems
• Desirable: exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Desirable: understanding of cloud technologies, system integration, or automated deployment processes
