Junior Software Developer (React / Supabase)

🔥 We are looking for a Junior Software Developer (React / Supabase)! 🔥
Do you love programming, solving real problems, and experimenting with new technologies? At MindPal, we’re building intelligent systems that power products across energy, education, and HR-tech — all from our office in Gliwice.
We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer with at least 1 year of commercial experience, who enjoys writing code, exploring new technologies, and turning ideas into working solutions. You don’t need to know everything yet — we value curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and the motivation to grow.

🟪 Cooperation Details:

• Type of contract: Contract of Mandate (Umowa zlecenie).
• Location: On-site, Gliwice.
• Compensation: 31.40–40.00 PLN gross/hour.

🟪 Scope of cooperation:

• Develop and maintain application features using React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Work with Supabase, including PostgreSQL, authentication, and storage.
• Develop backend logic using Supabase Edge Functions and TypeScript.
• Integrate external services through REST APIs.
• Explore AI-powered tools and automation to improve the development process.

🟪 What We Value:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in software development.
• Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and React fundamentals.
• Understanding of SQL, relational databases, and PostgreSQL fundamentals.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and Git.
• Experience with Supabase, Firebase, Node.js, or serverless functions is a plus.
• Communicative English and Polish at B2 level (written and spoken).
