Junior/ Specialist IT Support Specialist with German - Hybrid Work Model (M/F)

• Act as the initial point of contact for end users via phone and email.
• Diagnose basic technical issues and provide first-line resolutions.
• Create and categorize support tickets, ensuring correct priority levels.
• Escalate more complex incidents to specialized support teams.
• Follow up on open cases and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper incident closure once the problem is resolved.

• At least C1 level of German.
• Previous experience in IT Support/Customer Service (for junior position not needed).
• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Good communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and readiness to learn new technologies.
