Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior Support Engineer to join a Technology team supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT or Computer Science graduate to start their career in a hands-on technology environment. The role focuses on supporting shop-floor technologies, including printers, scanners, production systems, and end-user IT equipment, while providing opportunities to grow into broader systems administration responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and production systems.
- Support software updates, patching, and routine IT maintenance.
