Summary
The Junior System Analyst provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other internal applications. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and documenting processes to support business operations.
You'll be the first line of support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system and other key applications that keep our 30 stores running. Working with the IT team, you'll provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation that directly enables our business to scale.
