The purpose of this role is to deliver end-to-end recruitment for divisional roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to source, shortlist, assess and hire high-quality talent aligned to divisional priorities and operating standards.
Talent Acquisition Excellence
Apply approved recruitment processes, tools and documentation to support efficient and compliant hiring.
Apply approved job profiles and competency frameworks before posting roles.
Use structured interview guides and assessment tools during screening activities.
Adhere to recruitment SLAs and escalate any delays.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation in the ATS.
Identify and escalate recruitment risks to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Strategic People Resourcing Manager
Ensure sourcing activities align with the Employer Brand guidelines.
Sourcing and Talent Pooling
Support candidate attraction and sourcing activities to build quality talent pipelines.
Source candidates through approved channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and talent databases.
Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical vacancies.
Conduct basic market mapping and competitor research as required.
Support employer branding initiatives and attraction campaigns.
Track sourcing activity and channel performance.
Candidate Screening and Selection
Support fair and consistent selection processes through effective screening and coordination.
Conduct CV screening against role requirements.
Conduct initial screening interviews using approved scorecards.
Coordinate interviews, assessments and panel schedules.
Record recruitment outcomes accurately in the ATS.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Experience and Employer Brand
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Create and post job advertisements using approved templates.
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Provide status updates and feedback to candidates.
Represent the organisation professionally during recruitment engagements.
Monitor candidate feedback and escalate improvement opportunities.
Recruitment Reporting and Analytics
Support recruitment reporting and provide basic recruitment insights.
Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.
Track recruitment metrics including time to fill, pipeline activity and offer acceptance rates.
Identify recruitment bottlenecks and escalate concerns.
Assist with reporting for Talent Acquisition reviews.
Compliance and Governance
Support adherence to recruitment policies and legislative requirements.
Maintain POPIA compliance and candidate confidentiality.
Ensure recruitment records are complete and audit-ready.
Apply approved recruitment and assessment processes consistently.
Support agency and vendor compliance requirements.
Escalate compliance risks when identified.
Pre-Onboarding Support
Coordinate activities required for a smooth onboarding experience.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and required documentation.
Liaise with HR Operations and hiring managers to ensure readiness for new hires.
Support onboarding administration and communication.
Track completion of onboarding activities.
Support internal mobility administration where applicable.
Stakeholder Support
Provide recruitment process support to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Assist hiring managers with recruitment process requirements and timelines.
Communicate recruitment progress and vacancy status updates.
Support recruitment intake discussions and follow-up actions.
Escalate complex stakeholder concerns to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Strategic People Resourcing Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 2-3 years in TA with full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Solid sourcing, screening and offer coordination capabilities.
• Comfortable with ATS workflows, metrics and reporting.
• Organised, proactive and candidate centric.
