Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Technical Consulting Analyst to support the implementation of the company's solutions for our clients. The professional will work by understanding the needs presented by clients during meetings and performing parameterization on the Mova platform.
This is a position aimed at people with an analytical profile, an interest in technology, and a desire to learn about credit products and software implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in sales and implementation meetings with clients.
- Support the understanding of clients' business processes.
- Perform platform parameterizations according to functional specifications.
- Execute tests of the configurations performed.
- Support approvals and validations with clients.
- Document configurations, processes, and project decisions.
- Identify inconsistencies and support problem resolution.
- Work together with more experienced consultants and other areas of the company during implementations.
