Job Description
We are looking for a Project Governance Analyst to work on the administration and evolution of control tools, ensuring that processes are correctly configured and that teams use the platform in a standardized and efficient manner.
This professional will be responsible for parameterizing projects, workflows, permissions, and automations, as well as tracking indicators, supporting users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's demand management.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and parameterize projects on the Jira platform.
- Configure workflows, issue types, fields, screens, permissions, and schemes according to the needs of the areas.
- Create and maintain automations, dashboards, filters, and reports for project tracking.
- Support teams in using the tool, promoting best practices and process standardization.
- Monitor the quality of recorded information, ensuring data consistency.
- Track operational and productivity indicators, proposing improvements in demand management processes.
- Act as a focal point for questions, incidents, and requests related to Jira.
- Document tool configurations, flows, and procedures.
- Work together with Product, Technology, PMO, and Business areas to evolve the use of the platform.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of internal processes
