Junior Test Analyst

Salary: $60.00 - $75.00 phr (incl. super)

Our client, a Federal Government Department focused on the wellbeing of the community is seeking a Junior Test Analyst to join their team in late October.

Duties:

• Prepare, create, maintain, execute and review test requirements and scripts, derived from design analysis and liaise with design, build and business teams
• Document test plans in line with the department Test Strategy
• Adhere to Defect Management strategy to raise defects and perform troubleshooting, gathering information for defect entries and identifying points of failure
• Identify data requirements to satisfy test cases and create, and maintain test data

Skills & Experience:

• On Job Experience with D365 technologies, SQL, API
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certificate, or relevant practical experience
• Demonstrated experience analysing business requirements, user stories, specifications and design documentation to develop and maintain effective test cases, test scripts and test data.
• Demonstrated experience executing manual tests, identifying and documenting defects, supporting defect investigation and retesting activities, and ensuring testing outcomes meet quality standards
