Junior UAT Manual Tester – Digital Banking & Equity Trading

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior UAT Manual Tester with experience in UOB TMRW Digital Banking, EquityTrading Applications, and End-to-End Order Lifecycle Management. Thecandidate will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across digitalbanking and wealth management platforms, ensuring business requirements arevalidated and delivered with high quality. The role involves closecollaboration with business users, product owners, developers, and test leadsto support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and execute UAT test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
  • Validate customer journeys across UOB TMRW digital banking channels, including account services, onboarding, dashboards, and investment functionalities.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Equity Trading applications.
  • Validate complete order lifecycle processes, including:
  • Order placement
  • Order amendment and cancellation
  • Trade execution
  • Settlement and holdings updates
  • Portfolio and transaction reporting
  • Execute test scenarios and accurately record test results and evidence.
  • Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA or similar test management tools
  • Participate in defect triage discussions and support issue resolution with development teams.
  • Conduct data validation and backend verification where required.
  • Work closely with business users during UAT execution and support business sign-off activities.
  • Prepare daily status updates and contribute to overall test reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in Manual Testing/UAT within Banking or Financial Services.
  • Hands-on experience with UOB TMRW or similar Digital Banking platforms. [Binod
  • Knowledge of Equity Trading, Wealth Management, and Investment Banking processes
  • Understanding of End-to-End Trade Order Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience in UAT, SIT, Functional, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence.
