Junior UX Designer - Hybrid, Global Impact

Funambol is seeking a Junior UX Designer to join our team in Pavia, Italy. In a hybrid setup, you will own the design dimension from early analysis to polished interfaces, collaborating closely with developers and the Product Owner.

You will craft wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and conduct user research to validate ideas using analytics data. We value curiosity, data-driven decisions, and a portfolio showcasing UX work.

Own the design dimension from early-stage analysis to polished interfaces. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; define IA and visual hierarchy. Plan and conduct user research and tests; translate findings into design decisions. Experience in UX design process and creating intuitive interfaces. Portfolio or design samples demonstrating UX work. Ability to work with developers and Product Owner in a cross-functional team. Strong English communication for an international team.
