1.與各業務單位進行需求訪談與流程盤點，理解 Business Problem、Pain Point 與實際使用情境。
2.將 Business Problem 轉化為 Data / AI Use Case，協助定義Problem Statement、Scope、User Scenario 與 Success Metrics。
3.與 Data Scientist、AI Engineer 合作進行 Solution Design，評估適合採用 Data Analytics、Machine Learning、Generative AI、RAG、AI Agent 或其他技術方案。
4.規劃 Data & AI Solution 的 User Journey、Business Flow、Data Flow 與功能需求。
5.參與 AI Initiative 從 Explore、PoC、Pilot 到正式導入的完整流程。
6.協助定義 PoC 驗證方式、Business KPI 與成效衡量機制。
7.協助進行 Data & AI Initiative 的 Priority Assessment、Use Case Portfolio Management 與進度追蹤。
8.持續研究 Generative AI、AI Agent 及企業 AI 應用趨勢，探索新技術於金融保險場域的應用機會。
9.將成功的 Data & AI Use Case、Solution Pattern 與方法論進行整理，逐步形成可重複使用的 Solution Framework。
