Summary
Builds and maintains Java applications for an energy-management platform, integrating IoT devices and processing real-time energy data for reporting and analytics.
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in energy management platforms, particularly the KERO system, or similar Io T and
real-time monitoring solutions. The role involves the end-to-end development, integration, and ongoing support of applications focused on processing energy
consumption data, generating reports, performing analytics, and managing device integrations.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications for energy management. Integrate applications with the KERO Energy Management Platform or comparable systems. Develop functionalities for processing energy consumption data, reporting, and analytics. Implement and manage integrations with various energy-related Io T devices. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Java Developer. Demonstrated experience with energy management platforms, specifically the KERO platform, or similar Io T/real-time monitoring systems. Strong understanding of energy consumption data processing, reporting, and analytics concepts. Experience with device integrations in an Io T context. Proficiency in Java and related frameworks. Familiarity with database technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of real-time data streaming technologies. Familiarity with microservices architecture.
