Key Account Manager (Oncology )
Essential Functions:
Business Development & Sales Execution:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned oncology products.
Develop and execute territory business plans to drive growth.
Identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare institutions.
Promote products effectively to oncologists and relevant stakeholders.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
Provide scientific and commercial support to drive product adoption.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
Share field insights with marketing and medical teams.
Identify opportunities to strengthen product positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with medical, marketing, and regulatory teams for effective execution and compliance.
Support marketing campaigns and medical education initiatives.
Coordinate internally to ensure product availability and smooth supply chain operations.
Compliance & Reporting:
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and strategic actions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Prior experience in oncology segment preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
