Key Account Manager
Sine Engineering builds the technology behind reliable drone autonomy — communications, navigation, and control that keep multi-drones coordinated at once. Over 200 UAV manufacturers rely on our systems, and our technology powers most of the interceptor operations active today. Through a dual-use platform, we support civilian innovation while helping democratic nations strengthen their technological edge.
Any drone, any scale, anywhere — resilient communication, navigation, and coordination built for the age of autonomy. Our products have already proven themselves in real combat conditions in Ukraine.
We're now looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to grow our partnerships with key clients worldwide — building long-term cooperation, leading commercial negotiations, and driving account strategy with real ownership of results.
You will operate at the intersection of advanced technology and global markets, working with sophisticated customers and stakeholders across defence, aerospace, and related industries. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and hands‑on deal leadership, particularly in long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with key accounts on an international scale;
Drive contract negotiations through to successful closure;
Craft and carry out account strategies that support revenue and margin objectives;
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to keep project delivery on track;
Get ahead of client issues and navigate conflict situations as they come up;
Run strategic planning sessions and business reviews with clients on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
5+ years in a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or other Business Development / Sales role within a deep tech or product-based company;
Track record of managing relationships with clients in international markets (EU, US, or similar);
Written and spoken English at a C1 level;
Confident negotiator with hands-on experience finalizing deals with partners abroad;
Strong grasp of B2B sales cycles and client relationship management from start to finish;
Polished communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
If you're excited by the idea of building technology that shapes the future of drone autonomy — and want your work to have a real, tangible impact on defense and security — we'd love to hear from you. If you feel you're a strong match for this role, don't hesitate to apply. We're always looking for people who share our drive to push the boundaries of what's possible.
