  • Learn to open and close the restaurant.

BE A KIND HUMAN

We don't expect or want our team members to be robotically polite. That's no fun at all. Just be kind. Key Managers help set the tone for the team. Kindness, compassion, empathy, respect, and positive energy matter just as much as the hard skills.

OUR 4 PILLARS: These are the basics we expect from everyone at Hattie B’s:

SMILE & HUSTLE — Show up on time, work hard, move with purpose, and be a good teammate.

GET TO YES! — Find the best solution you can for every guest.

IS IT LOVING? — Lead with kindness, compassion, and respect.

THERE’S NO SUCH THING AS A LITTLE THING! — The details matter, from clean side work to hot, fresh chicken.
