Kitchen Apprentice
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Working Days: 5 Days 9 Hours
Working Location: Orchard / Raffles Place (TBC)
Job Scope:
- Manage Food Preparation and Production (omakase concept)
- Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
- Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
- Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
