Kitchen assistant / chef in Denmark

Restaurant Bryggen in Assens, Denmark, is looking to hire a kitchen assistant or chef for our restaurant. We offer an exciting and varied workweek with good collegues, a good work enviroment and oppertunity for personal development.

Your works tasks will be:
You will be one of the driving forces in the kitchen, and you will work closely with the kitchen manager.
Some of your work tasks will include but is not limited to preparing raw materials, keeping order and organising, cooking dishes according to the recipes, helping chef with plating and decorating the dishes, maintaining the good quality in the kitchen.
Some of your other work tasks will be lableling and organizing, recieving deliveries, assisting with work planning when needed

Your qualifications:
You have previously worked in a kitchen and preferably in the restaurant business
You are a fast learner and have a passion for good food made from fresh ingredients
Experience with preparing raw materials and kitchen hygiene standards is an advantage
You have good hygiene and like an organized and clean kitchen and workspace
You thrive in a fast pace restaurant, and can keep focus in busy times
You are a teamplayer but can also work by yourself
You are responsible, reliable and have a positive mindset


It is a fulltime position of 37 hours weekly. We will provide the proper training.
Salery is settled according to qualifications. We will help find accommondation if needed.
