About the role
H10 Hotels needs to hire a person to work as a Kitchen Assistant at the H10 Gran Tinerfe hotel in Tenerife.
What you'll do
- Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in kitchen preparations under supervision.
- Perform basic preparations, as well as any other related to culinary preparations that may be assigned.
- Prepare dishes for which you have received appropriate training.
- Perform the functions of the service in kitchen preparations under the supervision and directives emanating directly from the person to whom this is delegated.
- Perform the tasks derived from the occupation profile.
- Cleaning and disinfection of vegetables, greens, fruits, and eggs.
- Help in the preparation of poultry, meat, and fish. Shellfish.
- Transport food from the central kitchen to the hut.
- Restocking buffets.
- At the end of the service, perform the corresponding cleaning of the kitchen machinery.
- Next day preparation.

- Years of experience will be considered as an alternative to training.
