About the role
H10 Hotels needs to hire a person to work as a Kitchen Assistant at the H10 Costa Mogán hotel, in Gran Canaria.
What you'll do
- Perform the mise-en-place missing from the different sections.
- Cover breakfast and snack service on the terrace.
- Check and control the stock of goods.
- Serve customer orders in a timely manner according to standards and needs.
- Ensure that each of the dishes prepared by him is in perfect condition when sent to the dining room.
- Supervise the staff's food, cooking and service.
- Help cook and present the food for service.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar position.
