Kitchen Utility- Full Time
Summary
Performs kitchen utility tasks like dishwashing, sanitation, and equipment maintenance in a hospitality setting.
Essential Job Functions:
- General kitchen, back of house cleanliness, removes all garbage and boxes
- dishwashing/Pot washing
- Floor sanitation
- Cleaning maintenance on all kitchen equipment and returns to proper place
- Follows direction of lead kitchen utility/executive kitchen steward at all times
- Transports food from ship to shore and vice versa
- Assists receiving in putting food products away
- Assists buffet attendants and servers in replenishing clean dishes and silverware
- Wears appropriate uniform - white shirt & pants, apron, GVC ball cap or hair net, slip resistant shoes, name badge, and gaming badge
- If Team Member is a minor, must adhere to all Indiana Labor Laws
