The Client
Our client is a well-established automation and intelligent document processing practice, working with a growing base of enterprise customers across New Zealand. Off the back of new business wins and expanding use cases with existing customers, their Kofax team needs an experienced hand to take on support delivery while the senior consultants focus on project work.
The Opportunity
This is genuinely niche, technical work — not a role for someone early in their Kofax journey. It's a great fit for a consultant who enjoys solving real configuration and integration problems for enterprise customers, and who wants contract flexibility without sacrificing challenging work.
You'll be the point person keeping existing Kofax/Tungsten solutions running smoothly for customers who rely on them day to day, while staying close enough to project work to pitch in when the senior delivery team needs an extra pair of hands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and triaging Level 1/2 support tickets for existing customers, resolving issues where possible.
- Logging into customer environments to diagnose and adjust Kofax configurations.
- Supporting the senior delivery team on project work — configuration, and occasional customer workshops.
- Acting as a key point of continuity for customers relying on their Kofax/Tungsten solutions day to day.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Kofax Capture.
- Experience with Kofax (Tungsten) Automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Kofax cloud capture solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and comfort working directly with enterprise customer environments.
- Prior experience in a support/ticketing environment (triage, prioritisation, customer communication) is a plus.
- Availability for a 6-month contract engagement.
