Kubernetes & Cloud DevOps Engineer — CI/CD & Security

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and support DevOps operations, focusing on maintenance and release of IT applications. The role emphasizes Kubernetes, containerization, cloud architecture (Azure), and CI/CD automation.

You will work across tasks from AKS administration to security and monitoring, with a requirement for 2–5 years of related experience and solid English communication. Expect CET/CEST hours alignment in a global healthcare setting.

Kubernetes Administration / Operation (preferred AKS). Docker image building and testing. Security / Application network (AGW, WAF, ingress) operations and troubleshooting. Cloud Operation / Architecture (preferred Azure – message queuing, container registry, storage, secret mgmt., application environments, … ) Powershell / bash scripting. Pipeline automation CI/CD (preferred ADO). Security: Certificates, DevSecOps, Vulnerability scan. Monitoring (preferred Dynatrace). 2-5 years’ related experience. A degree in Computer Science is considered a plus. Deep Operating System Knowledge. Deep Networking Knowledge. Good spoken and written English. Excellent communication skills—written and oral. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills. Must be able to work in a department that requires strong multi-tasking skills. Knowledge of clinical data and dialysis industry preferred. Willingness to cover most of the 08:00–19:00 CET/CEST working hours.
