📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessment to detect potential fraud or suspicious activity.
• Escalate high-risk cases to senior staff.
• Assist with customer enhanced due diligence.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all KYC reviews and actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal teams (fraud, payments, customer support) to resolve verification issues efficiently.

📌 Requirements:

• Previous experience in KYC, AML, fraud prevention, or compliance.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
• Experience in working with common KYC tools, databases and applications.
