We are seeking a highly experienced and certified DevOps Lead to architect and drive our cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategy across enterprise‑grade platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure and AWS, and a proven track record as a Senior/Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and DevOps expert. This role will be pivotal in leading automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud‑native transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps pipelines across Azure and AWS environments.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure using best practices.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, and CloudFormation.
- Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) strategies using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring.
- Implement and manage observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor).
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across cloud environments.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and foster a culture of automation and reliability.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud technologies, with hands‑on expertise in Azure and AWS.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, including roles as Senior/Lead SRE or DevOps Expert.
- Active Azure DevOps Expert Certification is mandatory.
- Additional certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate, or CKA/CKAD are highly desirable.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.
- Proven experience with Bicep for Azure IaC deployments.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
