L2 Network Engineer

As an L2 Network Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing network solutions, and ensuring optimal performance of network systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Level 2 support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. - Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches to maintain network integrity and performance. - Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions to enhance network efficiency and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network solutions that meet business requirements. - Monitor network performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. - Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
