Laboratory Analyst [No Experience Required]

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of analysts and technicians to perform testing and analysis of semi-finished and finished polyolefin products, including Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP), using various analytical, processing, and testing equipment.
• Establish, update, and maintain laboratory procedures, documentation, and quality and safety records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of laboratory equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and liaise with vendors or technical representatives to diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor laboratory inventory and stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the availability of supplies for smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to support troubleshooting, technical investigations, and resolution of product or process-related issues.
• Participate in ISO, safety, and environmental activities to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to polymer material processing and testing would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, safety practices, and regulatory compliance requirements would be beneficial.
