Join our healthcare team and play a vital role in delivering quality patient care! We're seeking a Laboratory Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, teamwork, and patient service.
How you’ll contribute
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Process, track, and distribute laboratory specimens
- Assist with waived testing and result reporting
- Maintain inventory and laboratory supplies
- Support laboratory operations through data entry, phone communication, and clerical duties
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; required
- Phlebotomy Experience; strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent critical thinking and data entry skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
