Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Truck Driver – Class A to transport goods between facilities and vendor locations using tractor-trailers and straight trucks. This role ensures safe driving, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries while representing Goodwill with professionalism.
What You’ll Do

Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections using Geotab.

Follow DOT, DMV, and company safety regulations at all times.

Load, secure, transport, and unload goods efficiently and safely.

Complete all required documentation, including manifests and supply records.

Use lift gates and pallet jacks safely and effectively.

Maintain professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service.

Demonstrate dependable attendance and route reliability.

Maintain your valid CA Class A license and DOT Medical Certificate.

What You Bring

2–3 years of Class A driving experience preferred.

Valid CA Class A license and DOT Medical Certificate.

High school diploma or GED required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Must pass Big Joe Operator certification within 90 days.
