Key Responsibilities:

Describe menu items to customers and suggest drinks that match their tastes.
Provide detailed information on drink or food blends, preparation techniques, ingredients used, and allergen information.
Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Assist with preparing and serving food items as needed.
Serve food and beverages promptly, checking on guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment according to health and sanitation standards.
Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team.
Operate cash registers and credit card machines, handling payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Stock stations with proper paper products and beverage preparation items as necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

Essential Physical Functions:

Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Will frequently stand, walk, reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate, and key in data.
Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.
Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, and soy.
Report to work in a complete required uniform.
Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflects the restaurant's image.
Meet personal schedule requirements punctually.
Be courteous, friendly, and pleasant.
