Land Surveyor
Summary
Leads and performs land surveying tasks on construction sites, including setting up instruments, coordinating daily activities, and producing survey drawings while ensuring accuracy and client liaison.
Job Description
- Lead, manage and plan the site activities related to surveying
- Setting up of Survey-Points and levels on site
- Plan and coordinate daily survey activity
- Maintenance of surveying instrumentation such as Total Station, levelling instrument etc.
- Assist production team to produce shop drawings, as built survey drawings and actual works - setting out if required.
- Ensure all readings are taken on a timely, efficient and accurate basis.
- Attend site meeting and liaise closely with client on land surveying matters
- To carry out site inspection from time to time as part of project quality control.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a land surveyor
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Must have experience working in HDB projects
- Must be a member of SISV
