JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle a variety of landscape design and development projects.
- Assess the potential of project sites based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Liaise and coordinate with project professionals, including Main Contractors, Landscape Architects, Consultants, and other relevant parties.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Sales teams on design development and site requirements.
- Maintain good communication and coordination with members of other departments.
- Prepare and update landscape drawings, including:Design ProposalsPlanting PlansLandscape LayoutsConstruction DetailsAs-Built DrawingsOther project-related drawings
- Conduct site visits with the Operations team or subcontractors when required.
- Assist in resolving design and site-related issues.
- Ensure drawings and designs are prepared according to project requirements and specifications.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
📋 REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with good overall computer skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive working attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Knowledge of Horticulture and plant materials will be an advantage.
- Relevant working experience in landscape design will be an advantage.
