Job Summary

You will support landscape projects by preparing cost estimates, coordinating suppliers, managing drawings, and ensuring accurate site measurements to deliver quality outcomes aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Attend site briefings and meetings to capture and clarify client requirements for landscape projects
  • Prepare Bill of Quantity and source appropriate plants to meet project specifications
  • Coordinate with suppliers and sales/operations personnel to ensure timely delivery and resource availability
  • Develop accurate cost estimates to support project budgeting and planning
  • Perform drawings take-off and manage amendments to maintain up-to-date project documentation
  • Prepare As-Built drawings upon project completion to reflect final landscape layouts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with rain garden and ABC shop drawings to support specialized landscape design tasks
  • Ability to draft and design using CAD software to produce detailed and accurate landscape plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to facilitate documentation and communication
  • Positive working attitude and effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and project timelines
  • Proactive and committed work ethic to ensure consistent project progress
  • Possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related fields
