Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
- Prepares and amends soil, plants, flowers, shrubs and trees.
- Installs weed fabric, ground covers and irrigation systems.
- Maintains lawn areas, mows, rakes leaves, weed-eats and edges the area.
- Plants and prunes trees, shrubs and flowers.
- Removes debris from stairs and walks.
- Waters trees, shrubs, lawns and performs irrigation activities.
- Operates power lawn mowers, edgers, hand tools and other equipment associated with landscaping activities.
- Assists in the maintenance of parking lots and other surfaces including asphalt repair, minor masonry and plastering as needed.
- Installs and removes outdoor signs, parking and traffic control barriers, and overhead banners as required.
- Prepares grounds prior to special events and clean-up activities during and after special events.
- Provides professional, courteous service and is cordial to all Team Members and Guests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
