TDCX Malaysia is launching an AI-native SaaS platform and seeks a Lead Technical Specialist to guide AI readiness and technical SEO initiatives for ecommerce partners.

You will own the build-out of the self-service AI Readiness Audit tool, deploy structured data improvements, and collaborate with agencies to scale deployments globally, while shaping product direction with key stakeholders.
