Role Overview

Seeking a Lead AI Test Automation Architect / Senior SDET to design and lead AI-powered Quality Engineering and test automation solutions. The role requires strong automation architecture, hands-on coding, and experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI-driven testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead AI-powered test automation frameworks.

  • Build AI agents, RAG solutions, and intelligent testing workflows.

  • Develop UI, API, and performance automation.

  • Integrate AI/QE solutions into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Define QE strategy, architecture, and quality standards.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentor QE/engineering teams.

  • Collaborate with development, product, and architecture teams.

Requirements

  • 10–14 years of experience in QE, SDET, Test Automation, or Software Engineering

  • Strong Python, TypeScript, or Java development

  • Hands-on Playwright/Selenium and API automation (PyTest, Requests, RestAssured)

  • Strong experience with LLMs, GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Vector Databases

  • Experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI, including LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI

  • Experience with MCP and AI-enabled workflows

  • Design and lead AI-powered test automation frameworks

  • Build AI agents, RAG solutions, and intelligent testing workflows

  • Integrate automation and AI solutions into CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Provide technical leadership, architecture, and mentoring

  • Collaborate with development, product, and architecture teams in an Agile environment
