Lead Assistant Manager

Essentials • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools. • Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to digitize business processes, forms, validations, and operational workflows. • Develop Power Automate cloud flows and, where required, desktop flows for approvals, alerts, notifications, data movement, and process orchestration. • Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Dataverse, SQL, and other enterprise applications/connectors. • Develop automated reports, reconciliations, dashboards, data validations, and exception management solutions for insurance and finance operations. • Analyze insurance business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, standardization, and control improvement. • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable low-code/no-code technical solutions. • Perform unit testing, UAT support, deployment, troubleshooting, production monitoring, and post-implementation support. • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, solution design documents, and process control documents. • Follow Power Platform governance, security, environment management, version control, and solution lifecycle best practices. • Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 technologies. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA Macros, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, cloud flows, and workflow automation. • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists/Libraries, Outlook/Teams integration, connectors, APIs, and data source integration. • Understanding of Power Platform security roles, environments, governance, ALM, solution packaging, and deployment practices. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and solution design skills. |

• Know-how of Insurance and Finance processes, preferably Insurance. • Experience in Finance & Accounting, reporting, operations, shared services, or business process automation. • Ability to identify automation opportunities, document current-state processes, and propose future-state digital workflows. • Delivery experience in a business-aligned IT or low-code transformation environment. |
